Doctors

Our GPs are at the heart of the service we provide at Siam Surgery. Our team includes both GP Partners and Salaried GPs, working together to provide accessible, comprehensive and continuous care for our patients. Our GPs have overall clinical responsibility for the care we provide. The services we offer, the way we work and the clinical decisions made within the practice are all guided by the knowledge, experience and professional responsibility of our GP Partners.

DR PIOTR BULACZ

Male

Senior GP Partner. First registered in Poland in 1995.

Dr Bulacz is our Senior Partner and Clinical Prescribing Lead. Dr Bulacz is approved to undertake Long Acting Reversible Contraception procedures and steroid joint injections.

DR NASEER AHMED

Male

GP Partner. First registered in Pakistan in 1992.

Dr Ahmed leads on and undertakes our minor surgery clinics. Dr Ahmed also undertakes steroid joint injections.

DR MALINA GIUSCA

Female

GP Partner. First registered in Romania in 1998.

Dr Giusca has a special interest in diabetes and she is our Caldicott Guardian. Dr Giusca is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and she is a GP Trainer.

DR CHARLOTTE STOVELL

Female

Salaried GP. First registered in the UK in 2025.

Dr Stovell has a special interest in palliative care.

GP Trainees

We are proud to be a host practice for GP trainees, supporting the next generation of doctors as they develop their knowledge, skills and experience in general practice. GP trainees are qualified doctors who are undertaking specialist training to become GPs. They have completed medical school and gained experience working in hospitals and other healthcare settings before and during their GP training. As part of their training, GP trainees spend time working in practices like ours, where they develop the knowledge, skills and experience needed to provide safe, effective and compassionate care in the community.

DR JASMINE PEH

Female

Dr Peh is a qualified doctor who is undertaking specialist training to become a GP. As an ST2 (Specialty Trainee Year 2), she has already gained experience across a range of medical specialties and is continuing to develop her skills and experience in general practice.

Nurse Practitioners

Our Nurse Practitioners work closely with our GPs and the wider practice team to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care for our patients. Nurse Practitioners are experienced, highly trained clinicians who can assess a wide range of health concerns, diagnose and manage conditions, prescribe medication, refer to specialist services, and support patients with ongoing health needs.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Phil is our Safeguarding Clinical Lead, Domestic Violence Champion, Mental Capacity Act Lead and Armed Forces Veteran Lead. Phil is approved to undertake minor surgery and steroid joint injections. Phil is also our Advanced Practice Supervisor.

Nurse Practitioner - Jo has a special interest in diabetes and learning disabilities. Jo is approved to undertake minor surgery procedures.

Nurse Practitioner - Nicola has a special interest in women's health. Nicola also manages the practice nurse team.

SINI MATHEW

Nurse Practitioner - Sini has a background in critical care.

Nurses

Our nursing team includes Practice Nurses, a Nursing Associate and a Health Care Assistant. Together they provide a wide variety of clinical services and support to our patients. The team provides routine health checks, immunisations, screening, monitoring and management of long term conditions, wound care, clinical procedures and health promotion. They work closely with the wider clinical team to provide high quality, patient centred care.

Sarah is a Practice Nurse with special interests in COPD & asthma. Sarah is our Infection Control Lead.

Bex is a Nursing Associate who carries out basic treatment room duties including blood tests and vaccinations, as well as physical checks for our patients with long term conditions and learning disabilities.

Practice Management

Our Practice Management team oversees the day to day running and organisation of Siam Surgery. They work closely with our GPs and the wider practice team to ensure the practice operates safely, effectively and efficiently. They are involved in areas such as staffing, finance, governance, service development and practice operations, helping to maintain and improve the services we provide today while planning for the future.

Reception

Our Reception team is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in helping the practice run smoothly. They help patients access the right service, arrange appointments, deal with enquiries and provide information and support. Our receptionists work closely with the clinical and administrative teams and handle a wide range of enquiries every day. They are an essential link between our patients and the wider practice team.

Prescribing Clerks

Our Prescribing Clerks support the safe and efficient processing of prescription requests and liaise with patients and local pharmacies about their prescriptions.

Administration

Our Administrators help with the many essential tasks that happen in the background to keep the practice running smoothly. This includes new patient registrations, deductions, record amendments, subject access requests, and processing incoming records.

Medical Secretaries

Our medical secretaries coordinate referrals, liaise with secondary care services, and provide administrative support to our clinical team. They also process and manage a wide range of medical reports and requests, including insurance reports, medical forms and other reports requested by patients or external organisations.

Our Workflow Administrators ensure that incoming clinical information and correspondence are processed and directed to the appropriate clinician or team.
